  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do personally reside upon my Cure but being infirm I keep a Resident Curate, to whom I give a Salary of £60 per annum his Name is R Hawker.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd twice every Sunday with a Sermon in the morning & afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Monthly. Between two & three Hundred.

  6. Catechising of children: Between Easter & White Sunday.

  7. Church fabric: My Church is kept in good Repair; & all things decent & in order.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier, there being no Lands which belong to ye Church.

  9. Number of families: Upward of 700.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel, which belongs to my Church.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are a few reputed Papists but how many I know not there are three meeting Houses, one for Protestant Dissenters the Teachers Name is Reynolds, another for Quakers, & the third for Methodists.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is a Charity School for 17 Boys & 12 Girls supported by Subscription & two Alms Houses duly manag'd I believe we have no Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: All Lands & Tenements for pious uses are in the Hands of the Corporation & as far as I know are duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Institution bares date 17 October 1758 & Priest Orders 9th June 1734.
